2. The remaining balance should be paid on the day of the event.
3. There will be an additional charge on an excess/extra hour. PHP 350.00/hr for van if it rental exceeds 10 hours, PHP 500.00/hr for coaster if rental exceeds at 10 hrs. On buses, bus must drop you on your pick up destination on the same date of rental and not later than 2400H on the following day for overnight tour. If it exceeds on 2400H, an extra day charge will be applied to your account.
4. A 25% cancellation fee of the total payment will be charged for any cancellation less than seven (7) before the actual day of rental. No Show is also treated as late cancellation.
5. Additional charge on side trips that is out of the way.
6. Guest should provide Parking permit and/or gate pass and must be sent to us before the day of the event. (If Any)
7. Guest must advice us if someone will be pick up along the way. Pick-up point must be at Big Gasoline Station with Comfort Room.
8. For Metro Manila City Tour and Dinner Tour, Time limit is strictly implemented. Time will start based on guest reporting time and it will end once the Bus Drop all the guest on requested dropping point.
9. Bringing home of Star Fish, Corals, Endangered Species are prohibited.
10. We Implement No Wi-Fi Policy while on board. Team Building, Company Outing, Family Outing, Barkada Outing, Field trips, Educational Tours, is for group bonding and is not for social media.
11. Time limit on other destinations are negotiable.
12. For Additional Itineraries/destinations that is out of the way and not in the submitted itinerary will be subject to charge. Computation will be Php84.00/Kilometer for Tourist Bus and Php61.00/Kilometer for Coaster and Mini Bus.
13. Tourist Bus are not allowed to pick-up / Drop off the guest on some PUB Terminals.
14. Inclusive Toll Fees are valid for 2 Entry and 2 Exits only. For another Re-entry and exit the fees will be charged on guest account.
15. Tipping on Driver and Coordinator/Facilitator is voluntary.
